Terms & Conditions

All inverter fan motors come with a 2-year repair warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only under the conditions outlined below.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs

• Motor failure due to voltage fluctuations or water ingress (except for waterproof ceiling fans)

• Incorrect installation or wiring of the Motor Controller

• Damage to the Motor Controller caused by connecting it to a dimmer switch

• Physical breakage of any fan parts

Warranty Coverage

• Key components, including the Motor Controller and remote control, are included under the 2-year repair warranty.

• Replacement of parts is only provided for verified manufacturing defects approved by an authorized service provider.

Claiming Warranty Service

• A valid warranty claim requires a properly filled, signed, and dealer-stamped warranty card.

• Warranty cards that are altered, damaged, or overwritten will be considered invalid.

Additional Terms

• Repairs or replacements not covered under warranty will incur applicable charges.

• Replacement for non-repairable manufacturing faults must be approved by the authorized service center.

• The company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the fan.

• Replacement warranty, if applicable, is valid for 10 days from the date of purchase; after this period, charges will apply for any repairs or replacement of components.
